The Bengal Chamber of Commerce in Kolkata (in conjunction with the UK Bar Council) has asked Paul to deliver a 4-day training course to its members in Kolkata in the first week of February 2012. This is intended to be part of a longer on-going programme to set up a Mediation infrastructure alongside the High Court in Kolkata. Depending upon numbers of delegates signing up for the February training, it is likely that Paul will be asking one or possibly more mediators from Field Court to attend with him.
There are also mediation projects in the offing in Latvia and in Jordan, but more on those if and when they materialise!
